IMHO
Stock with vintage performance parts. I just love the performance look of the sixties.
Sorry, I just can't get into 17 inch wheels on the classics. Love 'em on the new ones.

Depends on what we're talking about here. 65 coupes are still relatively plentiful, Boss' of any kind are not. The Boss would stay stock and I'd have fun with the 65 coupe.
