I am thinking of replacing the stock manual steering for my 67 S code  F/B with an after market manual rack and pinion and tilt column. I was wondering if anyone had an opinion on what manufacturer to consider as there are a few companies producing these items.  

I bought a Flaming River steering box for my '65. I can say that its been great. I don't know enough to compare that one to any others, but I had a good experience with the company and the box.
