As we all start to restore our older cars, we find ourselves in a delima, " where do the decals and OEM markings go and what color to use for what area and identification?"
Who of the readers of these forums knows where to find such information, ie. books , with photos and accurate discriptions of this topic?
If you know, PLEASE provide this to all of us that need this info to keep our sanity.

Mustang Monthly had a How To article that showed the location of the fender emblems, with dimensions. I just looked at the article link and the dimension pictures have been removed. Anybody know who to contact at Mustang Monthly to get them? Here's the link: http://www.mustangmonthly.com/howto/20359/index.html

I have always found the shows to be great sources of information. I take pics of placement at these shows. I find a judges car or a meticulous resto and then take lots of pics, I have them in my pc. When it comes to placement even the factory did it different for the same decals. I happen to have a lot of pics of the mustang convertible that the President of MCA has and its a perfect resto. I use his for my guide.
