Help - Flaming River Column Wiring

Does any body have a list of what colors on a 65 connect into the column colors. I can figure out the left and right front and rear signals but I can't figure out what color is the hazard power and the turn signal power. the only power I have is yellow and I thought that was for the horn actually I have two horn wires yellow and blue/yellow. If someone could spel this out for a two year old I would sure appreciate it.
I also have no clue how to hook up the horn relay they sent without instructions.
