I know a guy that finally after ten years of me tormenting him to sell me his 86 jalapeno red svo he wants to. I took a look under over inside the car its rust/dent free with 66k on it. My problem is I have no idea what its worth and I dont want to offer too much or too little. Any input would be great- Ron  

In 1986, Ford produced 3,382 SVOs, which is not extremely rare but still valuable. I know of a rust-free 86 SVO that went for 21 thousand but only had 3k on the odo. I would recommend as a starting price 10-11 thousand.
