I have a 2000 mustang convertible with a 3.8 litre engine and 84,000 kms. the problem i have is it has engine ping that sometimes is bad. waht can i do about it?

Wow there is no knox sensor on a 3.8 ltr engine. I would check plugs, wires and put seafoam in the gas tank.

Check your EGR valve, too.
