JUST HOW TO BREAK IN THE NEW 4.6 BULLITT ENGINE PLEASE

Hi Guys

Just bought the 2008 Ford GT BULLITT Mustang.
I'll be picking it up this Sat. 01/12/ from the dealer.

Problem is really.

Just how do I break in the engine.
Some say GO EASY, READ THE MANUAL, HIT IT HARD, DON'T PAY ATTENTION TO THE MANAUL  

Some stuff sounds right and some don't.
Like: You should hit it hard and vary the speeds so the PISTON RING SEAT RIGHT IN THERE.  

Like: Go slow is that the PISTON RING have a chance to hone-into the cyclinder walls  

PLUS: I haven't heard anything about when the heck do I CHANGE THE OIL  

O.K. Guys I'm in your hands.
I need a pros suggestion please if you can
