Unfortunately, it's not. Our back issue department typically keeps only the past 12 months. I'll post information about obtaining back issues when I get back to the office next week. In the meantime, you might try eBay for the October 1994 issue.

In this day and age of digitalization, has any thought been given to offering scanned copies of past issues of the magazines on a CD for sale?
Mustang Times (The MCA magazine) actually has all their issues online in PDF files that can be down loaded.
