Could someone please school me on the removal procedure for this mustang.
I am installing new carpet ,and Quarter Trim Panels.
So I need to remove both sections of the back seat .

first remove the seat bottom. There are 2 heavy metal clips under the front edge of seat and fastened to the seat bottom. These clips snap into mating brackets in the floor. Best way to free the seat bottom is to push back on left (or right) half of seat bottom front about 1" which allows the clips to come free of the mating bracket in the floos pan...push back and ;lift the front of the seat bottom at the same tim..Once you see how this looks it will become clear. When the seat bottom is removed, then the seat back is held in place with bolts at the bottom (which are hidden by the seat bottom) If this is still unclear I can send you a diagram or pics...NH
