Well people are always looking for stuff to post so here’s a chance for the readers of MM to sound off about this month's issue.

I always get my subscription issues about a week later than it appears on the newsstand.  That’s okay, but do you know how hard it is to go to Wal-Mart with the wife and hang around the magazine section waiting while she shops and NOT look at the latest issue knowing it’ll be in the mailbox in a couple of days? (LOL).

Okay, this month’s issue, I loved the Cobra Jet cover and stories.  As a former ’70 Mustang convertible 428SCJ owner I still love reading those articles on the FE series cars.

Jim Smart’s “How To Troubleshoot Parking Brakes “story will come in handy as I’m always trying to adjust mine a little better.

Miles Cook’s story on his ’69 Mustang running the Silver State Classic race again was my favorite.  I spoke with Miles last year at the All-Ford Carlisle Show at length about that car.  I turn as green with envy as his Mustang actually is each time I read a story with that car in it. The performance of that car is phenomenal and as classic retro-mod, his sets the standard for me.

The Beyond the Basics, Restro Roundup, and Late-model Corral are always interesting as well a seeing who’s pictures are in each months Readers’ Album.

Thanks for another great issue.

Thank you for a great magazine. I particularly loved this month's theme and stories about the Cobra Jet engine and cars; and especially the legend Bob Tasca.  In fact, because of Shelby's and Tasca's history, I was able to make my 2007 Shelby GT/SC a "Tasca Shelby."  See my blog see what I am talking about.
