Yes. You buy a switch that goes in the glove box and a wiring harness with the flasher. Take a look in the NPD catalog or ebay.

I have a 66GT and the flashers were part of the Visibility Package. If you have the flashers and your switch (inside glove box as was stated) is missing they are not very cheep. NDP has them but I don't know anyone else that does. You could always use a modern day switch.

I have two 66s and both have hazard flashers. One only had two options on it when new, a V8 and an AM radio. Maybe someone replaced the glovebox and didn't bother with putting the switch back. The switch was mounted in the top left inside the glovebox. Look above or to the left of the glovebox and see if it is hanging around.

In 66 E-flashers were standard. They are in your glovebox. There are two styles early and late. Sorry I do not know when the cut off was.
The early style has a wireing harness intragrated into it. The later style just plugs in, as the late 66 wireing harness changed a little.
If yours is not the in golve box you might take it out to get a better look to see if someone cut the harness. If you see a bundle of cut wires I bet you had the early one piece. If you see a plug that goes into someing you have the later style. If that is the case you just need a new plug. Both pop up on ebay.
Who knows you may find your flasher hideing under your dash. Here is a web site with a wireing diagram so you can see what I am talking about.
