I am looking for a license plate bracket that clamps on without drilling holes in my 2008 Bullitt front bumper. The dealer said someone came in with one for their Shelby, can you help?

Heathro, I'm unsure of where to find the torque specs
for a 66. Maybe a Haynes book?  MB
