I see a few posts on this forum. Many many views but no replies. What happened to all the so called experts? Why bother posting anything if nobody is gonna help? Why did i waste my time?

Under which section of this forum did you post your
question?  I could not find it here in the "General Discussion".
Before you post a complaint about your
question not getting answered, try making sure that
it was posted here (in General Discussion)to begin
with!!
Keep in mind that questions regarding older Mustangs
get more replies than the newer ones here.
Many of us restoring the older models aren't as
confident answering questions on the newer models.
If you post it here- someone will reply, IF they
can.

MJB is right, none of us regard ourselves as "experts" especially on ALL the years, but we try to help on the projects we have done already. I personally try to answer those that I feel confidant I know the answer, but leave the ones your unsure of for someone that has done that. Try again if you didnt get any answers, sometimes people dont give enough information for you to give an answer.

One of the worst things one can do is first, complain about not getting an answer to a question on a free forum where the answer costs you nothing, and secondly someone trying to be helpful gives out the wrong answer.  So, would you rather have no answer for nothing, or the wrong answer for nothing?

As a mechanic by trade I try to help as well but all info is needed to give a good educated answer to the problem. To complain about getting free advice seems a bit bold to me too. Try to repost your question.
