i am thinking about lowering this cobra but have heard it can bottom out afterwards. i would like to hear if anyone has done this on one of these and what are the results. also can you recommend a brand to use.  

The 95 Cobra R used Eibach (spelling?) springs and were lowered.  They are quite stiff.  I have much more often scraped the front apron and exhaust pipes than bottomed out.
