I am looking to upgrade the front drum brakes on my 65 Coupe V8 to Disc Brakes.

I currently have:
Disc Brake spindles From 1970-73 Ford Mustang Mach1
Calipers/ Caliper Mounts 1970 Mach 1 Mustang
BRAKE ROTOR 70/73 LH OR RH FRONT  (Brand New)

I know I will need to get some brake pads, but is there anything else that I need? (Different Tie Rod Ends, New Master Cylinder?)

Thanks.
