I saw a S197 made to look like a 67' Fast back, the company that did it is called Tribute Cars LTD. in Texas, has anyone had this done to their car, if so what was the cost and opinion of the work they did? The car was unbelievable and it was love at 1st sight, it auctioned for 70K. I've e-mailed them twice and have not gotten any response and would like to do this to my 2009, if not now, in a few years. Let me know. Thanks

Tarafied, it wasn't this one, it was a silver car made to look like a GT500, its the 1st car on their website. It auctioned for 70K. This is the first I've been in a forum and I'm not sure how to post pictures but I'll try. I believe this one your showing is called the RSC-GT and it is my understanding that these are all new Mustangs that they have fabricated body panels for, am I right?
If it is what I think it is, this could be the answer I'm looking for in blending the old look w/ the new tech at a cheaper price (I hope) than what you and the other guys were discussing in my previous thread. Do you know of anyone that has a car from Tribute? What is your Stang, mods and how long have you had it?
Thanks for the Reply, Coach

Tarafied1,
Just checked out your car, and it is beautiful, you did some really nice work and the paint is outstanding.
Congrats, Coached4417

Thanks Coached4417,
The car I posted is one I saw at the NMRA World Finals and it sounded like the one you described. I don't know anything about it but snapped these photos. Thanks again for the compliment. I have been working on this car for 18 years!

Where was the World Finals? Did the Tribute Cars LTD. have a booth there? No one has responded to my e-mails but as I get closer to my purchase of an 09', I am going to call them directly just to get a price quote and see if it fits the budget. Any speed shops you can recommend in the Northeast for doing modifications?
Thanks

Thw World Finals were in Bowling Green KY at Beech Bend Raceway. They are coming again in October. I'll see if they are there again. I'm taking my car.

Thanks for the reply, let me know if Tribute Cars LTD has a booth or a brochure at the event in Oct., hopefully w/ a price list. Football season is under way and Oct. is not the time I can make a trip like that. Have a great Labor Day and hopefully I'll talk to you soon.
