Recently purchased a Shelby convertible clone which is Sapphire Blue with white stripes. The previous owner bought a complete interior seat cover set in turquoise/white pony. All info I have found suggests standard black for the interior, but can't seem to find any data on the 4 convertibles built in '66 or the 12 continuations built in 1980. Anybody have a source for that info? Thanks, John Haigler 903-561-6877 jchaigler@gmail.com

John, I have all of your info.. E-mail me at NEFaurora@aol.com..
The 4 original convertibles all had standard black interiors. Some of the 12 continuation cars built 1979-1980 by Carroll had a mixture of pony interior and standard interiors and a mixture of colors. He built 4 of them for his children.

Did not all 65/66 Shelbys have any color you wanted as long as it was black?
