I HAVE A 66 FASTBACK 289. IF I DISCONNECT THE POS. BATT CABLE FROM THE BATT WHILE THE CAR IS IDLEING IS IT NORMAL FOR THE RPMS TO GO UP ABOUT 400 RPM? SOON AS I I RE CONNECT THE BATT CABLE BACK TO THE BATT THE RPMS GO BACK DOWN
