Thinking about upgrading my single exhaust 1966 mustang 289 C code with duals and FlowMaster mufflers . Are they good/bad, too loud, overpriced? Anybody already have flowmasters and any opinions?

I have them on my 66 and my 95 and I like them. Some Flow Master mufflers are louder than others. The two chamber ones are louder than the three chamber ones. If you are going to drive the car on trips, go with the quieter ones.

Yep, I have a flowmaster on my PU and there are different series for different sounds/power levels. If you go to the flowmaster website you can see what the differences are. I think there's an audio clip also so you can hear the differences.
