It's been awhile since I did this on my own car so bear with me. Remove your dash pad which I assume you know how to do. If not, let me know. Once you get the dash pad out, remove the panel with the clock mounted in it which, if your car is like mine is in the middle of the panel on the passenger side. Here's where my memory gets a little foggy. Disconnect all the electrical cables connected to any accessories on this side of the dash (clock, map light). There should be 3 screws at the bottom of the clock panel. Remove those and the clock panel should come out. On the back of the clock, there is a cover with a few screws holding it on to the back of the clock. Remove those and pull off the back cover. I don't think there are anymore screws after that, so be prepared for the clock to come out at this point. If not, there might be a couple more holding the clock to the backside of the dash panel. It's pretty easy once you get the dash pad off. I might be missing a step or have the screw order wrong, but once you get back there, it will be pretty obvious to you on what you need to do.
