Tail ligts don't turn bulbs fine and have power

Hi, I have mustang 68 tail lights don't turn on and when I put left or right signal they are flashing at the same time, checked the bulbs and power and terminals, also check the fuse box everything is fine, I wonder if the problem is the signal switch. By the way all front lights and signal are working good. Thanks in advance.

Typically when everything works together it's either bad bulb grounds or the turn signal switch.
I'm not sure I understand your problem as 2 issues or one?
bad tail lights and signals or just signals?
