Hi. Anyone here ever converted a stock Mustang GT into a Saleen? My goal is to have a full-fledged Saleen-not a replica. I've already changed the suspension, clutch system, had some engine upgrades-such as intake, exhaust work, but is it possible to take my Stang to Saleen and receive paperwork stating that my car is a Saleen now? I still have more work to do...body kit, adding more horse power, paint job but after that's done I want to go to Saleen and see what happens from there.

Anyone have any advice? Is it even possible for Saleen to approve my car and give me the necessary paperwork?

Thanks!

Call Saleen and ask them.
