I have a 69 coupe, rebuild my control valve. Now i have power steering to the left but none to the right. Any ideas about what i did?

It's been along time since I rebuilt one. Did you make sure that you replaced all the seals a/o check balls (?) on the one side? Did you put a rod or something in backwards?

It would appear that the control valve shuttle is not moving correctly to set the pressure in the ram cylinder.(it may be bisaed all the way in the left direction). You need to check the control valve spring installation and tightnes of the nut (nut just snug and then backed off 1/4 turn). If you have a factory shop manual look in the power steering section for adjustment info (section 3-4)
