Hi Mitch - Sorry, I don't know where to get pre-cut incerts.  You might make some calls and see if one of the supply places might have an idea.  I'm working on my interior and went to a woodworking store and they were going to be carrying vaners soon.  In the mean time I was going to look at buying veneer from a shop like one of these:

http://www.woodveneers.net/
http://www.wood-veneers.com/index1.htm\
http://www.veneers.com/
http://www.certainlywood.com/index.cfm
http://www.oakwoodveneer.com/index.html

They make some veneers that have an adheasive that could be cut and inserted.  Good luck!

I have also looked for this. Try KAR at http://www.parts123.com/parts123/yb.dll?userwatch~dynamicSearchPage~cadeiebA

They have what I would generously call the worlds worst internet shopping interface so be patient. They have several kits including aluminium and wood and vinyl, but its unclear to me if they are quality pieces because there description is so bad. You might give them a call anyway.

Scott,  I found out that Mustangs Unlimited has precut burlwood (real wood) and other real wood inserts for the dash and console.

Hay mech48 and mitch - $180? Man! I have a custom (mine) console that I need to match so I'm going to go the other route. Thanks for the info though - I'll look at it.
