headliner cleaning advice

I have white interior in great shape except white headliner is stained from a smoker. It has no rips or holes so I'm respectfully asking advice on if there is a good strategy / product to scrub the headliner back to white?

I use Amway's LOC with sponge or I spray on their general household cleaner and wipe it with damp sponge.
Don't use:
Simple Green
Fastastic
They are caustic
