Anybody know the correct positioning for the rear spoiler on a 73 Mach I???. Mine was gone a long time ago, and the new one I bought will go either way. Looked at many different cars on websites, about 50-50 either way. My thought has always been that the narrow edge goes toward the front.

You should have it wrongly oriented then. Basiclay the thicker side of the spoiler should be towards front and thinner edge to rear . This is simply the only way how the aerodynamic downward force works correctly on the spoiler. If you look from the sides the trimmed off edges will by at rear.

Need some help quickly if possible. Been scouring the internet for 3 days looking for this answer! I need to know exact Ford placement of the rear spoiler of the 1971-1973 Mach 1.
Ive seen some installed where the spoiler aligns with the rear of the trunk and Ive seen a few that were a little more forward of the rear trunk edge. Does anyone know the true answer to this question please help!
