Hi guys
I'm compleating a new custom project and need to know if 245/45/17 tires have any clearance problems on a 70 mustang? See project at link below. Thanks

There is a wheel and tire fitment chart for 69-70 in pdf form at this site:
http://www.dodgestang.com/mustang.htm

17X8 with 4.5 backspace looks like a no mod fit per this chart. But....

Does the chart also apply to 67 convertibles? I am looking to put 17" wheels and tires on my 67 and I understand the p245/45/R17 tires will work and I believe I have to have the 4.75 backspacing. Will any of the 94-04 Bullitt wheels work?

Thanks,
