I'm planning on swapping out the C4 in my 65 mustang with a T5 tranny.  I understand that I need a 157 tooth 28oz balance FW to fit behind my nearly stock 289. What I don't understand is, which one?  There seem to be flywheels that will fit the bill and that range in price from just over $100 to over $500.  I also plan to upgrade the performance of my 289 to hopefully 300-350 hp in the next several years.  I want whatever I buy work work as well then as it will when I install the transmission.  I'm currenly looking at a RAM model 1527 that I think will fit the bill.  I don't, however, want to spend the nearly $300 for that flywheel when one for less than $200 will work.  I had ordered a Ford Racing flywheel but it has been on back order for some time now. I appreciate any info that will help me decide on a new flywheel.

Thanks.....
