Restoration hardware 69 Mach 1 and new suspension...tire rub problem

Does anyone know where I can find new nos or oem bolts for the shock tower/coil spring covers? They have them for the 65/66 but I need them for the 69. Also just finished with new suspension and have a slight tire rub problem with the upper control arms. Do you think this will correct itself once the engine and tranny are back in?
