looking to update my wheels and tire for a 66 inline 6 ...

Hello,
I am having a heck of a time to update my 4 x 4.5 lug 14 inch wheels on my 66 vintage mustang. ITs a 6 inline. There seems to be little to nothing out there, which surprises me. All I see are 5 lug patterns...never mind 4 lug and even less so in 4.5 (4.25 MAYBE)....there must be someone out there who found something to update their rims and wheels..really dont want to go to the trouble of changing the spindles or using adapters (heard these were dangerous)...let me know .... :
