I bought everything to convert my 66 from manual to power steering.  Can I use my manual steering box?

Maybe. There are basically two boxes for that year. One is the power steering and GT quick ratio manual box that is 3 3/4 turns lock-to-lock and then there is the standard box which is 4 5/8 turns lock-to-lock. They are the same physically and will hook up to your P/S gear but if you have the standard box I'm not sure if the hydraulic ram will work well with the extra turn rquired of the wheel to go lock-to-lock. A good Mustang resto shop could tell you or maybe someone else on the forum has attmpted it with the slower box.
I've gone the other way and converted a power steering car over to a quick ratio manual steering car. It worked great. Not sure about the opposite though.

I don't think you would have problems with the ram as it is on the output side of the steering box and will move the same amount regardless of the ratio of the steering box. The diffence is on the input side of the steering box. You would have more turns of the wheel with the manual box to get the same amount of movement on the output side of the box as compared to a power steering box.

Makes sense what gbowden says but thought it a good idea to mention it to be sure  that aspect wouldn't be overlooked just in case.
