Depress switch, dome light dims, removed door speaker, still unable to access motor @ this stage just want to manual raise window (HOW is the question)

Unless, somethings changed over the last few years at ford, the motors are directly attached to the window thru their geartrain. You have to physically remove the motor to get the window up/down. (I had to drill a couple of rivets out on the last one I changed on my daughter's Hyundai).
