Hoping someone can tell me where to install the vacuum can for my tilt away wheel on my '68. The A/C and its own vaccum can displaces it from the right fender well where it would normally go.  I've heard some guys say it goes under the battery tray.  If true, how? What brackets are used and how do the vacuum lines route back to the firewall? I bought the Dianostic Tilt a way Booklet but it was of no help. Anybody with pictures would be of great help too, thanks.

I have never seen the location for the vacuum can shown anywhere, but I wonder if it is under the left fender-well with the line to the intake?  I wish I actually knew for you.  Maybe Don Farr or one of the show judges will know.  I would guess that there were no production records kept regarding how many tilt-a-ways were installed over the years so I'd say there are not a lot out there now, but someone on this forum surly has one.  Good luck!
