I have 72 Mach 1 with Ram air that is currently unhooked. I have the vacuum lines ordered and in the mail. i just dont know where they hook up to. Based on pictures ive seen it looks like it goes into the back of the carb by the secondary? Also my air cleaner has the arm coming out of the standard circle and this to has a vent with a vacuum connection also. Any idea where that one goes to?

Thanks for the help guys

I believe your talking about the snokle coming off of the air cleaner housing, there is a vacuumn motor on the top which shuts off the cold air from the snout and allows hot air off of the exhaust to flow into carb, the vaccumn hose runs from the top of the snokle to a vacuumn control valve under the housing and from there to a manifold vacuumn port, as the air heats up the valve bleeds off the vacuumn to the snokle and pulls in cold air, this set up was to improve fuel economy and performance.
The ram air vacuumn hose allso runs to the manofold fitting on the back of the intake , as you accelerate manifold vacuumn decreases and opens the ram air ducts for cold forced air.
