What do I do 1st?

I've completed the welding on the front end of the car and since it's too cold to seal the seams or paint, I figure now would be a good time to get the suspension finished. Most of it is out of the car sans the idler/tie-rods and power steering. That said, I will want to bead-blast and paint as well as replace the rubber on each so everything will be out next week.

So, once everything is painted, what goes back in 1st? The upper and lower control arms are new.

Thanks~
