Just received a 1966 mustang shop manua. Its first edition and first print. Do even dare take it out to the garage when I am working on my daughters mustang?

Use it, the car's worth more - it's not the first issue of Superman that just sold for $1,750,000. If it's rare, just go easy on it! peace

Or just buy a repro for $15 at Mustang Repro shop and dirty that one up instead.

That's a great find! I bought the manual's CD version and all of the photos are quite suffering in the quality( but i didn't really buy it for the photos). IMHO I'd put your rare find away for trunk fodder at car shows and use a later version for everyday work. jlg

If its really an original then it's worth what others will pay for it.i seen a show yesterday where a guy found an owners manual for a 1982 deloreon and payed 10 bucks for it. and it was worth alot more then that. so think about the find. use it if you want but try not to get it greasy dirty and so forth. myself i would keep it aside and use clean hands to handle it. as jlg says...use it for shows and find a later version. again thats if it;s an orginal.
