ok i need some help identifying my water pump which recently cracked all i know is that the engine is a 302 from a truck in a 1967 mustang and that the water pump has C60E-A marked on it help please?

Just drain the radiator and disconnect the heater and radiator hoses. Then the fan belt and remove the water pump. Take it to a good auto parts store or Mustang resto shop and get exactly the same unit if the one on the motor now worked good before it cracked. You might need the old pump for a core exchange on the new one anyway, so removing it first solves two problems. Then scrape off the old gasket and rust from the motor and put some sealer and a new gasket on and bolt your new H2O pump back on. Then your are good to go.

Why do you need to identify it?
