the power steering bracket for a 68 is a big aluminum device.. fits on a stud.. but there is a spacer about 1/2 inch thick that goes on the long stud before it..

you can see the spacer behind the bracket in the upper and lower pictures...
i saw the stud.. bracket to pump bolts and the spacer available new online someplace..
i have not looked for the bracket between the power steering pump and the water pump..
i am taking that you are looking for how that bracket fits...
if you cannot figure this out from the images.. i can go out and snap a few pictures of the ps pump mounting on my 70 ranchero. 302..
post if you want that.. i will be away sat most of the day..

the adjustment bracket.. as i recall... Goes behind the bracket between the pump and the water pump... the lower bolt hole...
so the lower bolt on the pump through the bracket..
bolt.. square pump bracket.. lower bracket.. water pump..

saw this.. might help.. i think this is off a slightly later version.. as it has a bolt for the steering pump bracket mount.. not the stud that is probably found with yours...
don't forget the aluminum bracket used a spacer behind it on the stud that was about half an inch thick.. its visible on the bottom of the three images.. the boss 302 install pic.
