Hi i have 65 mustang i just did a motor swap in to a 351 windsor n was wondering what kinda power it is making at the flywheel. It has a 4 bolt main 351 with forged pistons it has a edelbrock rpm camshaft with 1.6 harland n sharp roller rockers headman swap midlenght headers. The heads have been ported n polished n valve job done n have 198 intake n 160 exh it also has a edelbrock rpm intake and a 600 cfm edelbrock carb. Any idea?

Just conjecture, depends a lot on the compression ratio, offhand I would say 300 horsepower, could be more, could be less.

Don't get too wound up in horsepower benchracing, its meaningless. The real question is ,,, does the motor get good mileage, is it responsive and accelerate cleanly, does it feel fun to drive. You can have a motor with 400 horsepower but if it balks and bucks and you have to keep your foot in it to keep it idling then its no fun to drive and not worth a hoot. That's why you match components and keep good low end horsepower(torque) in a motor. The top end number is meaningless if it wont drive well.
