Dash bulb question

Hi all
I want to replace the dash bulbs on my 67 and the hand book says 2 cp which I imagine is candle power, can someone tell me how many watts the bulbs should be?

You really can't compare wattage and Candelas as they're 2 different measurements. The 1895 lamp that goes into the dash are about 3.78 watts @ 14 Vdc.
65-68 mustangs use # 1895 bulbs for most of the dash lamps. The NPD catalog has a good chart of what bulbs to use where. www.nationalpartsdepot.com
