Rust under the Hood

My radiator hose had a blowout and covered the under hood with rusy water(yep>>>no antifreeze  ) Put my car in storage for serveral years and now I have a light coat of rust on the paint. Is there anything that I can do to safely remove the rust without damaging the paint?

Try some CRL rust remover
|

Thought about that, just worried that it will damage the paint.

Try polishing it off with car polish.
