Have a 1995 base model convertible. Can I install leather seats, both front and rear, from a 1994 GT convertible? Any modifications necessary? Appreciate your help...

The seats will bolt right in. The '94-'99 seats are the same and the seat tracks/floor pan configuration is the same from '79-'04. So you could easily bolt in '04 GT seats if that's what you had.
There are minor convertible differences over the years in the rear quarter trim panels, but the seat back and seat bottom cushions will work.
If you need to recover them to match (as even Ford leather from '95 isn't the best no matter how well it was taken care of) the folks at TMI products have stock and "custom" seat upholstery kits to freshen or customize these seats as well.
HTH... Mark .
