I have an orginal 67 convertible with the "delux" interior in white. I am thinking of replacing my seats with high back buckets from a 1970 for safety reasons. Has anyone tried this? Do you think the 70 buckets will look "odd" in a 67?  Thanks

Had a friend with a '68 coupe and we put '70 high-backs in it with the locking seat backs. He loved 'em. The convertible might make them look a little more "obvious" with the top down, but certainly not out of place. They are Mustang seats after all. Personally I hate it when I see a vintage car with like Toyota Tercel or Nissan Sentra cloth buckets in it. Keep it Ford! LOL
